Singaraja, July 7–8, 2025 — The Undergraduate Program in Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), underwent a field assessment by the Independent Accreditation Board for Education (LAMDIK) on July 7–8, 2025. The assessment, held at the Nitisastra Seminar Room, was a key step in strengthening academic quality through the accreditation process.
The session was officially opened by Undiksha’s Vice Rector I, who reaffirmed the university’s commitment to continuous quality improvement and to strengthening its role at the international level. Two assessors from LAMDIK conducted the evaluation: Prof. Dr. R. Kunjana Rohardi, M.Hum., from Sanata Dharma University, and Dr. Odin Rohidin, S.Pd., M.Hum., from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University.
Over the course of two days, the assessors carried out activities including data verification, stakeholder interviews, classroom observations (microteaching), and site visits to campus facilities. Their evaluation covered curriculum, governance, quality assurance, faculty and student competencies, as well as the program’s contributions through scholarly work applied to community needs.
The assessors also provided strategic recommendations for continuous improvement, such as refining the program’s scientific vision, strengthening partnership documentation, boosting student achievements, and aligning the curriculum more closely with research outputs and industry needs. The assessment concluded with the signing of the official report and the presentation of recommendations.
This process reaffirmed Undiksha’s PBSI program’s commitment to delivering high-quality, adaptive education capable of competing at both national and international levels.
