- Undiksha (Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha)/ Ganesha University of Education’s quality assurance system is carried out both in the academic field (education, research, and community service) and in the non-academic field (college administration and management).
- The Rector is in charge of quality assurance at the university level. The postgraduate director and dean are responsible for quality assurance at the postgraduate and faculty levels. The department/study program head is in charge of the quality assurance department/study level.
- The Head of Quality Assurance Centre is the implementing coordinator of quality assurance at the university level with the scope of work including coordinating quality assurance at Undiksha (Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha)/ Ganesha University of Education, both in the academic and non-academic fields.
- Vice of Director I Postgraduate or Vice of Dean I serves as the head of the quality control group at the postgraduate/faculty program level, and the head of administration as the secretary of the quality control group at the postgraduate/faculty program level.
- The head of the department/ study program serves as the head of the quality control group at the department/ study program level, the head of the laboratory department/ study program secretary serves as the secretary of the quality control group at the department/ study program level.
- The duties of head the quality control group are:
- Review and formulate quality policies, quality manuals, quality standards, procedure manuals, forms;
- Reviewing the results of the internal quality audit assessment and recommending improvements to the quality assurance system;
- Obtain explanations from individuals or work units in their environment related to the fulfilment of quality targets, both in the academic and non-academic fields;
- digging information from various sources on various matters relating to increasing knowledge and implementing higher education quality management;
- Make reports on the achievement of quality on an ongoing basis.
The Undiksha (Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha)/ Ganesha University of Education Quality Assurance Organization is led by a chairman and assisted by a secretary and administrative staff. Undiksha (Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha)/ Ganesha University of Education Quality Assurance has five divisions: the Data Exploration Division, the Document Development Division, the Monitoring, and Evaluation Division, the Accreditation Division, and the International Accreditation Division.
