Singaraja – In an effort to enhance its internal quality assurance system, STKIP Citra Bakti conducted a benchmarking program at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha). The program took place over nearly two weeks, from Monday, August 4 to Friday, August 15, 2025, at the Undiksha Plaza Building.
The benchmarking visit involved two representatives from STKIP Citra Bakti—a faculty member and the Head of Quality Assurance. They were welcomed by Undiksha’s Quality Assurance Secretary, I Putu Pasek Suryawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., who also guided the program. The agenda opened with introductions from the visiting institution, followed by remarks and a keynote presentation from Undiksha’s Head of Quality Assurance, Prof. Dr. Made Agus Dharmadi, S.Pd., M.Pd.
Discussions centered on key aspects of quality management, including Undiksha’s internal quality assurance system, the implementation of SPMI (Internal Quality Assurance System) and SPME (External Quality Assurance System), as well as the organizational structures and mechanisms supporting quality management at both institutions. The sessions provided a platform for sharing experiences and best practices to strengthen higher education quality standards.
Through this benchmarking program, both institutions aim to foster stronger collaboration in developing and advancing their respective quality assurance systems.
